Panelists Beth Etscheid (Director of Research Commercialization at Washington Research Foundation), Jill Scott (Associate General Counsel at the Allen Institute for Brain Science), and Isabella Fu (Associate General Counsel at Microsoft) will discuss issues arising from intellectual property licensing and/or litigation between universities or research institutions and for-profit entities. The panel will be moderated by Kathy Surace-Smith, General Counsel at NanoString Technologies.
