ChIPs announced today the launch of the Rachel Krevans Scholarship for women law students interested in a career in intellectual property.
ChIPs established the scholarship in 2018 to honor the memory of Rachel Krevans, a renowned intellectual property litigator at Morrison & Foerster LLP, and to promote diversity in IP, a practice area central to ChIPs’ roots.
We are thrilled to officially announce that “Women in IP” have joined forces with “ChIPs,” a nationwide organization dedicated to advancing women at the confluence of law, technology, and regulatory policy. With this founding of the Indianapolis ChIPs Chapter, we have the opportunity to make more meaningful connections here in Indiana, as well as to tap into a nationwide organization that shares our commitment to women’s advancement in intellectual property careers.
ChIPs is pleased to announce its inaugural “Making a Winning Pitch” event. We are providing a group of sponsor law firms an opportunity to participate in a mock pitch session before a panel of senior in-house decision makers. This will be an invaluable forum for high-potential associates and junior partners to gain experience in both creating and presenting pitches to in-house clients and prospects.
