Digital business models are an increasingly important part of the worldwide economy. Professor Susan Athey will explain the underlying economics of multi-sided markets and the unique competitive dynamics at play among platforms. In addition, Professor Athey will discuss how these economic concepts can inform legal arguments and raise legal issues.
