As Director of Finance and Operations for ChIPs Network, Julie Morbidelli is responsible for the internal accounting, compliance, human resource, and back-office administration.

Julie’s professional experience includes 20 years as Director of Administration for multiple small law firms and nonprofits, 4 years as a Production Manager for McKinsey & Company, and 6 years as a freelance Controller and HR Manager for multiple small businesses.

Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Magna cum Laude, with substantial emphasis in accounting and human resources. She recently received her license as a Professional Fiduciary and holds a professional designation in administrative management.

Julie’s passion lies in making significant contributions to the success of her organization through exceptional customer service, teambuilding, and continuous operational enhancement.

In addition to her ChIPs duties, Julie is busy with family, friends, and fitness. She enjoys living near the water in the San Francisco Bay Area and entertaining with her husband and four grown children.
