Program Details

Law firms send teams of up to five lawyers who will pitch to panels of senior in-house counsel in response to a fictional scenario.  The fact pattern, provided in advance, incorporates aspects of corporate, litigation and IP law with a full range of legal issues to address.  Pitch teams will also need to consider strategic issues such as staffing and budget. Pitch sessions will last roughly one hour and each participating team has the opportunity to present to two separate panels.

In-house panelist from companies including Apple, PayPal, Uber, eBay, Dupont, Salesforce, CBS, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks and more will ask probing questions and provide feedback on the type of presentations and issue-spotting they look for in real world scenarios.  A networking lunch will follow.

Who should attend?
The event is designed for partner-level women, especially those new to the work of pitching clients.
