As conversations around workplace culture continue to evolve, the role of allies—especially those in majority groups—has never been more important. When employees feel pressure to downplay aspects of their identity, or when subtle slights and difficult behaviors arise, allies can make a meaningful difference. This program will explore how individuals at all levels can recognize these challenges, respond constructively, and help foster an environment where all colleagues can contribute fully and confidently.

Topics may include:

  • Being an ally to a coworker: Practical ways to show support in day-to-day interactions.
  • Being an ally as a leader: Setting the tone through example and accountability.
  • Being an ally across teams and disciplines: Building bridges and encouraging collaboration.
