Cyndi Wheeler is the Head of Intellectual Property at Unity. Prior to joining Unity, she was Senior Director of Intellectual Property at Salesforce Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of intellectual property for Slack Technologies LLC, a Salesforce company, including patents, trademarks, open source, and litigation.  Cyndi began her career as an electrical engineer at Intel after graduating from the Colorado School of Mines. While at Intel, she attended Santa Clara University School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2005.  Cyndi continued her career as a patent attorney at Intel and then at Apple, where over the span of more than a decade she held various roles managing patent prosecution, NPE and competitor patent litigation, and Apple’s PTAB practice.
