ChIPs GC Boot Camp is one of our most impactful offerings. Women make up just 22% of IP and patent attorneys. The higher up the ladder, the fewer women we see. It’s not enough to get women into the room—we have to help them rise.
For women already on the in-house path, GC Boot Camp provides the momentum, network, and mentorship that serve as fuel to accelerate them into the next chapter of their careers.
Since its launch in 2022, the Boot Camp has hosted cohorts of 12-15 ambitious professionals each year. Already, three graduates have been appointed General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer.
