We partner with Diversity Lab on the Inclusion Blueprint, an annual survey that is open to Am Law 200 firms by invitation.

In 2017, ChIPs teamed up with Diversity Lab to create the Inclusion Blueprint. This survey provides diversity benchmarks of historically underrepresented groups (female lawyers, underrepresented racial/ethnic lawyers, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities) in law firm leadership and across practice groups (including IP).

The Inclusion Blueprint also includes inclusion efforts for law firms to adopt to ensure their lawyers have fair and equal access to compensation, leadership roles, and other critical career-enhancing opportunities.

Paladin is an organization dedicated to increasing access to justice by helping legal teams run more efficient pro bono programs.

In 2020, Paladin created a nationwide disaster relief pro bono portal developed jointly with the ABA Young Lawyers Division’s Disaster Legal Services Program (DLS). We shared this resource with our members and the partnership helps ChIPs members across the public and private sector connect with pro bono work in their communities.

The Fourth Floor is an organization whose goal is to democratize access to money and power in order to level the playing field for women and drive systemic change.

One of the ways The Fourth Floor achieves its mission is through events that empower women by educating them on business topics that will propel them toward success.

In 2020, The Fourth Floor and ChIPs partnered up on Board Bootcamps for ChIPs members. At the Board Bootcamps, members learn about advisory boards, how to get a board seat, different types of company opportunities, and the superpowers that attorneys bring to the table. This program provides an inspirational overview, complete with templates and brainstorming documents, that provide the attendees with everything they needed to pitch themselves effectively.
