Anirma is an experienced member of executive teams who has partnered with public and private companies and their boards to build and protect long-term value. With an engineering foundation and 30+ years operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, enterprise risk, and governance, she brings technical and legal depth and business breadth to boardroom discussions. Known for sound judgment and creating optionality, she has operated in many business areas, including cybersecurity, AI, fintech, hardware, software, and manufacturing. She has been a strategic thought partner in many situations, including complex business and operating challenges, CEO transitions, investigations, activist defense, government inquiries, and turnarounds, bringing a unique combination of technical, legal, and operating perspectives to the boardroom.
Most recently Anirma served as SVP and Chief Legal Officer at a publicly traded global platform company, partnering with the CEO and board through an AI-powered transformation, new business models, and a company turnaround. Earlier, as the first General Counsel of Tanium, a venture backed cybersecurity company, she partnered with the executive team and board through 5x growth and a doubling of valuation. At Intuit, Anirma held senior leadership roles advising core technology and business organizations.
