Auma Reggy is Chief Trademark Counsel for McKesson Corporation in which role she directs the company’s global non-patent IP portfolio – trademarks, rights clearance, marketing/ad review, brand protection (including anti-counterfeiting), copyright, domain names, and rights of publicity. With more than 25 years of experience, she was previously a Partner with the law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory in Atlanta, Georgia, spent several years as a Trademark Examining Attorney with the USPTO, and before that was a policy analyst/legislative counsel to the Maryland General Assembly. Auma is a member of several boards, including My Sister’s Keeper Foundation for Women, Inc., The Kenya Project, Inc., and the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance. She is presently Co-Chair of the Trademark Committee of the State Bar of Georgia’s IP Section. Auma is also a longstanding member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), and has served on INTA’s Programs Committee and In-House Practitioners Committee. Auma holds a B.A. in Economics and French from Eastern College, and J.D. from Howard University School of Law. Auma lived for many years in Nairobi, Kenya and has studied abroad in Europe twice. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband.

Jacqueline’s experience includes representing clients in high-stakes, complex, competitor vs. competitor patent litigations and spans all phases, including pre-suit diligence, filing lawsuits, fact discovery, expert discovery, preliminary injunctions, dispositive motions, trials, and post-trial judgment and costs. Her matters involve a wide range of technologies and encompass mechanical devices, electronics, and consumer products. Jacqueline also represents pro bono clients in her local community and is Treasurer of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association as well as co-chair of Fish & Richardson’ s Asian Affinity Group. Jacqueline obtained her B.S. degree in Chemistry from MIT and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
