Accenture Chair Julie Sweet Will Keynote ChIPs Global Summit 2021
Julie was named CEO of Accenture in September 2019, and was appointed chair of the board of directors, effective September 2021. Prior to becoming Chair and CEO, she served as CEO of Accenture’s business in North America, the company’s largest geographic market, and was general counsel, secretary, and chief compliance officer. Before Accenture, Julie was a partner for 10 years in the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

Julie serves on the World Economic Forum Board of Trustees and on the board of directors for the Business Roundtable, for which she chairs its Technology committee. Additionally, Julie is the board chair of Catalyst and serves on the board of trustees for the Center for Strategic & international Studies and for the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities – Bridges from School to Work. In 2020, she was named No. 1 on FORTUNE’s “Most Powerful Women in Business.”
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont McKenna College and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School.
