Katherine Minarik, chair of the ChIPs board of directors, has announced two new staff members to fulfill important roles on the ChIPs team. “I could not be more excited to introduce you all to Joan Toth, our new Executive Director, and Jennifer Hagan, director of community at ChIPs,” said Minarik.

Joan was the founding Executive Director and CEO  at the Network of Executive Women, where she served in that role for 14 years, growing the organization to more than 10,000 members, 100 corporate partners, and 150 events each year. Minarik added: “We are thrilled she is bringing this experience and her lifelong passion for diversity to the ChIPs community. We could not be in better hands as we look towards the future.” 

Jenn oversees ChIPs’ Community through working with Chapter Leadership, steering growth strategy for global membership and cultivating community engagement in the online platform.

She has worked in community development, events and experience design for over fifteen years.
