Panelists discuss the continued importance of diversity recruiting in IP — sharing their own personal experiences and success stories and offering practical advice on how to improve the pipeline, support diverse junior IP lawyers, and create clear paths for advancement and promotion. They also highlighted the important role that mentorship plays — both for diverse lawyers and law students.

ChIPs launched the new Accelerators webinar series January 26 with Supreme Court Insights, a conversation with two Supreme Court advocates from Morrison Foerster. Deanne Maynard, co-chair of the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court practice, and associate Lena Hughes.

ChIPs second Honor Roll webinar was presented live January 18 by Morgan Lewis. The firm’s Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion Malaika Lindo, shared challenges, successes and clear action items on what you firms can do to themselves on a path to DEI success.
