ChIPs Member Interviews Get ‘To the Point’

A new biweekly interview series from ChIPs is taking a deep dive into gender diversity in tech, law and policy. “ChIPs: To the Point” — on LinkedIn Live and ChIPs YouTube Channel — shows how ChIPs members have tackled career challenges and advanced diversity in the industry.

“This content really gets to the point of what ChIPs members are doing,” said Monica Phillips, ChIPs director of learning, content and DEI. “Its purpose is to share how our members have helped build inclusive workplaces, and that’s critical to making our organizations effective and relevant today.”

ChIPs Executive Director Joan Toth said, “This is a great way to showcase the work ChIPs members are doing to advance women in our industry. It demonstrates the powerful impact our members are having.”

The premier episode August 24 featured a one-on-one with Phillips and Diana Santos, senior attorney at IBM and board member of the New York Intellectual Property Association. Santos shared what her firm and the NYIPA are doing to advance diversity.
