Stephanie is Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Devices & Lab 126 at Amazon, where she leads a team of lawyers and legal professionals supporting Fire TV, Fire Tablet, Ring, Blink, eero, Kindle, Project Kuiper, Amazon Kids and Halo. She has more than 20 years of experience in tech and eCommerce, including in private practice, the software industry and at Amazon, where she has spent nearly 15 years. Prior to leading the legal support for the Devices & Lab 126 businesses at Amazon, Stephanie was the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Worldwide Operations, where she led the legal support for Amazon’s customer fulfillment and logistics, drone delivery, robotics, Prime Now, product and social responsibility and sustainability. Prior to re-joining Amazon earlier this year, Stephanie was Vice President and General Counsel of StubHub.
Stephanie currently serves on the Board of ChIPs and has served as the co-chair of the Pacific Northwest Chapter. Stephanie also serves on the Law Advisory Board of Santa Clara University School of Law and the National Advisory Council for Northwestern University School of Communication. A tech and IP lawyer by training, Stephanie earned her J.D. and is a graduate of the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.S. degree in Radio/TV/Film from Northwestern University.
