On July 29th, the brand new ChIPs Texas Chapter partnered with Girls Who Code—a non-profit working to close the gender gap in the technology sector—to host a program allowing high-school age girls to explore the intersection of technology and the law. The program took place at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and will introduced over forty participants from the Girls Who Code Austin program to accomplished members of the bar including Judge Georgianna Braden, PhD, Administrative Patent Judge, USPTO and Hon. Robert Pittman, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
