The first international ChIPs chapter launched in London, England in 2017. Two years later, the London chapter leaders, along with the help of their networks, launched the ChIPs mission in continental Europe with an inaugural ChIPs European Summit in Paris, France. With representation from France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom, attendees connected to share their experiences on tackling diversity issues and action measures to improve gender diversity in innovative and IP-rich industries across Europe.
