Jenn oversees ChIPs’ Community through working with Chapter Leadership, steering growth strategy for global membership and cultivating community engagement in the online platform.

A native to the San Francisco Bay Area, Jenn has worked in community development, events and experience design for over fifteen years. A keen eye for distinguishing talent, the big picture and detail in what is missing, she quickly identifies the strengths of organizations, what makes them unique and how to turn them into magnetic standouts. She has helped local and global organizations & companies develop through creating high value experiences that cultivate a strong sense of belonging, engagement and learning. In her free time, Jenn enjoys visiting national parks, reading thought-provoking books and exploring small towns.
