Meredith Struby is managing partner and a principal at Meunier Carlin & Curfman LLC. Meredith’s practice focuses on building and managing utility and design patent portfolios in the US and abroad for innovation focused clients and providing thoughtful and insightful counseling regarding non-infringement and invalidity of third party owned patents for mechanical, electro-mechanical, and medical device technologies . She has extensive experience in building and managing domestic and global patent portfolios in a variety of technology areas, including automotive safety systems, motors and generators, fluid flow systems, construction systems and building materials, medical devices, textiles, and fastening systems. Meredith obtained her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a J.D. from Mercer University College of Law.
