    1. Michael Thomas is a principal in the Orange County office of Jackson Lewis P.C. As a co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Diversity Counseling practice group, he dedicates his practice to helping clients develop and implement legally compliant diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
