This hybrid event celebrates the launch of a new Dutch chapter of the ChIPs Network. It will be hosted at the Amsterdam offices of law firm Brinkhof in Amsterdam.

Futurologist and anthropologist Roanne van Voorst will give a keynote lecture about her research into different types of fear in extreme athletes. How do climbers who conquer mountain walls or buildings, or BASE jumpers who plunge into a valley with a small parachute or wingsuit, deal with fear and doubt? And what is an effective strategy for the fear that everyone experiences at different times in life?

Next we ask a panel of successful women about challenges they have faced, or may be in the middle of. What methods do they use to achieve their goals? Are there lessons for a new generation?
