    ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

    Sri Atluri, Chief IP Counsel, Walmart
    Sri Atluri has experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, transactions, patent preparation, and prosecution. She has represented clients in various Federal District Courts, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) including involvement in over 50 post-grant proceedings as well as several ex parte and inter partes reexaminations and interference proceedings.

    Dorian Daley, Board Member, Panetta Institute for Public Policy
    Dorian Daley serves as a board member for Panetta Institute for Public Policy and is a board director at ChIPs Network. She most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Oracle Corporation. Ms. Daley began her career at Oracle in 1992 after practicing in the commercial litigation group of Landels, Ripley & Diamond in San Francisco. She is a 1986 graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law and a 1981 graduate of Stanford University.

    Arlene Arin Hahn, Partner, White & Case
    Arlene is a partner and the Global Head of the Technology Transactions Practice, within the firm’s Global M&A Group and Global IP Group. She is a transactional attorney who represents clients in a variety of intellectual property and technology matters ranging from standalone technology transactions to the IP aspects of private equity, M&A and other corporate transactions.
