More than 800 women will gather in San Francisco October 26-28 for ChIPs Week, a series of conferences and special events that includes ChIPs NextGen Summit, ChIPs Hall of Fame Dinner and the ChIPs Global Summit. The week includes more than a dozen official and unofficial connection events and concludes with the launch of ChIPs General Counsel Boot Camp.

A limited number of seats are available for the ChIPs NextGen Summit, Hall of Fame Dinner and ChIPs Global Summit, and there is still ample time to book flights and hotels. 

 “ChIPs is back in person and back in force,” said Executive Director Joan Toth. “We couldn’t be more thrilled by the response of our members and partners.”  

All-star speakers 

 ChIPs NextGen Summit, October 26, and ChIPs Global Summit, October 26-28, will feature leading women in IP law. Retired U.S. Judge Kathleen O’Malley and Infoblox General Counsel Wei Chen will open and close the NextGen Summit. Amy Weaver, president and chief financial officer of Salesforce, will open the ChIPs Global Summit. The Global Summit will conclude with remarks by Kathi Vidal, under secretary of commerce for intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
