ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Prior to joining the firm, Linda Kuczma served as an administrative trademark judge at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office after 30 years in private practice. She has more than 40 years of experience in the worldwide protection of intellectual property rights, including trademarks and trade dress, advertising, unfair competition, patents and copyrights through litigation, registration, licensing, and alternate dispute resolution.
Michelle Mikol is chair of the firm’s Advertising and Marketing Practice Group. Michelle concentrates her practice on trademark, copyright, false advertising and unfair competition matters. She manages her clients’ global trademark and copyright portfolios and works with clients to develop filing and enforcement strategies worldwide. In addition, she represents clients’ interests in adversarial proceedings in U.S. courts, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other U.S. and international tribunals.
Corrine Conway is an intellectual property associate who advocates for and helps protect clients’ assets. Well-versed in legal research and trademark and copyright matters, she can assess and deliberate on a wide array of IP issues facing clients in the ever-expanding intellectual property realm. She helps clients as they bring innovations and products to market and have a need to protect their intellectual property assets.
Deborah Pollack-Milgate represents businesses of all sizes and individuals in patent, trade secret, trademark and complex commercial litigation, including antitrust and contract litigation. Deborah brings her insight to bear in acting as outside IP counsel for both national and international clients, assisting with virtually all aspects of intellectual property portfolio management.
