Helene Mele is a senior vice president at Bank of America on the Intellectual Property team within Legal.  She has been with Bank of America 24 years, where she held multiple positions in Technology, Marketing, Risk, and now Legal.  Prior to joining Bank of America, Mele was an information technology consultant for various firms, including Andersen Consulting. She has 16 years of intellectual property experience focused on building Bank of America’s robust patent portfolio. Under her guidance, the bank’s patent portfolio has grown from 250 to more than 5,500.
